Fine Dining at the Scape Skydecktravelandmunch | July 1, 2016 | 0 | Uncategorized
Last June 14th, I was able to visit Cebu for the second time and I only have a limited time of 1 day and a half to have a quick vacay and at the same time try out some new restaurant in the area. Cebuanos are very picky in terms of food. They want it cheap/affordable and if it’s pricey it should worth every penny they pay and must be really good food. Scape Skydeck is one of the newest upscale restaurants in Cebu, located at Azon Residences, Lapu-Lapu Cebu, Philippines – a fine dining restaurant that offers international cuisines.
They opened January 2016 and since then, locals and tourist have been their frequent customers. Open from Monday to Sunday 5 in the afternoon till 12 midnight. They also have a Happy Hour every day from 5 in the afternoon till 7 in the evening.
They have vast food choices that you and your big group of friends and family will truly enjoy. Here are their best sellers:
Master Tube for 340 pesos / USD 8.00
Oven-baked Chicken with Mushroom Garlic Herb Rice in Chimichurri – P495 / USD 11.00
Chicken is marinated and baked with Arborio rice with herbs and mushrooms in chimichurri sauce.
Pan Seared Salmon – P515 / USD 11.44
A Norwegian king salmon with buerre blanc sauce
Seafood Marinara – P365 / USD 11.00
A tomato based pasta with mussels, salmon, prawns and squid served with homemade crunchy herb garlic pizza bread.
Smoked Baby Pork Ribs – P575 / USD 13.00
A tender pork ribs cooked with a homemade barbecue sauce with fried and grilled corn.
Bianca Pizza – P405 / USD 9.00
Pizza with bechamel sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, smoked bacon, ham, mushrooms and pineapple.
Delectable food with a great view from the roof deck is perfect for me.
