Traveling is one of my cure whenever I’m having anxiety and migraine. It’s always been fun and exciting to visit a new place and be surprised of what the place can offer for us travelers. I’ve been to places in the north Luzon, Philippines such as Pangasinan, Pampanga, Subic and now in La Union. My blogger friends and I arrived in La Union at 6 in the morning of Sunday (June 26th) and our 1st stop is in Lomboy Farms in Bauang La Union. This farm is the pioneer in Grape Farm in the Philippines.
We are very fortunate to meet Mr. Lomboy – the owner, agriculturalist and the pioneer to have Grape Farm in the Philippines.
Aside from Grapes, Lomboy Farms also produce Dragon Fruit and Guapple.
3 times in a year, tourist can pick their own grapes for a cost of Php 250 / 6USD 6.00 per kilo. They also sell their own wine for a cost of Php 300 per bottle / USD 7.00
It was a fruitful visit here at Lomboy Farms. They are open from 7 in the morning till 4 in the afternoon everyday.
