J-Rams Coffee Bistro Pastries
Year after year, bistros, cafe and spas will turn out in the stretch of BF Homes Paranaque while I was driving along Aguirre when I saw another bistro close to Containers, J-Rams Coffee Bistro. A straightforward cafe yet roomy bakeshop that you can eat in.
At first, I believed that they just serve cakes and espresso and shockingly, they are additionally serving pasta, sandwiches, and even pizza. At 2 in the afternoon, I was the only customer at that time and after about 30 minutes or an hour, added three or four people came in.
The cafe seating capacity is roughly 50 to 70 pax. It’s actually a nice venue for a meeting, small gathering or party. The cafe is also serving Korean BBQ (Samgyupsal).
Food
Carbonara
The Filipino variant of Carbonara, with creamy white sauce and mushroom. Pasta is al-dente, in addition, they top it with a decent amount of parmesan cheese. I guarantee my kid will love this.

Choco Mousse
One of my fave cake dessert. What I like about is that, it’s not very sweet – which is great since I am still on a slight eating regimen where I limit my sugar and carbs consumption.

I honestly loved it and bought another one for to-go so I can give it to my child and she was craving for it after days, lol.

Pizza
This Pepperoni and Cheese pizza is a decent decision, nothing special, however, I feel like the dough is a bit half-cooked. But it’s generously topped with mozzarella cheese and home-made tomato sauce.

Note
After several months, this cafe bistro became a Korean Samgyupsal Restaurant which I find it really weird, from cafe bistro to Korean bbq.
Anyhoo, will try to visit them soon and see if I will like their Korean Samgyupsal.
